Redirect From Pop-Up To Broken

    After completing the “Get A Free Quote” or “Get A Fabric Sample” form, it redirects to a broken page (404)

    How do I stop this from happening?

    Do you have a name field on your form?

    Were you loading the form in a pop-up?
