Redirect from my Domain Failing

  • Hello,

    I have recently installed wordpress.
    My Utility Domain works fine (my_new_space.hostcompany.com).
    However, when I try to redirect from my domain (my-example.com) name I get locked out.
    I can unlock it but I’m still having problems getting the address to resolve correctly.
