redirect for changeing all post urls

You need to do following steps.
1) Change the permalink. see this for details. https://prnt.sc/iabnbi
2) Add following rule in .htaccess file.

RedirectMatch 301 ^/(\d+)/([^/]+).php$ https://example.com/$2

You can generate the same htaccess rule using this site.

in my posts i use this links example.com/postid/tetswppost.php

If you want to redirect only a few URLs then use redirection plugin

Using redirection plugin you can easily redirect any post and page.

example.com/postid/tetswppost.php
to
example.com/tetswppost

but i have linking them in my posts

i want change them in posts
