Redirect for certain Account Level (Capabilities) do not work

Hello, i installed your plugin on our site https://eastendbusinessreviews.com/ where we have different Account Level. I try to redirect the FREE level to a certain page but it does not take affect. Are you able to help me?
The site is done with the NETTE Framework…
