Redirect Faulty Query Parameters URLs

    GSC triggered some errors on such URLs which are not available on site any more. URL is showing 301 redirect in Network Tab under inspection but in reality no redirection is applied in Plugin. When I am opening URL its adding some more characters in URL.I want to know how I can apply 410 on such URLs. Before opening URLS only “?” query parameter is showing in URL but after opening URL “%” is also showing. I apply 410 Redirect in plugin but its not working.
