• I recently moved the blog portion of my website to a new url by doing a backup and restore into a new database. That site we’ll call abc.com.

My old site we’ll call xyz.com still exists, but contains only some wordpress “pages” and a single “post” pointing people to the new blog URL.

What I would like to do is use redirects to point old permalinked blog “posts” to the new site, but not effect the “pages”.

    Possible?

The blog is not in a directory ie. abc.com/blog/ – it’s at the root in both cases. Permalinks have not changed.
