redirect error, no drafts, custom taxonomy choice

Hi there, I have a few problems.
1. I have a new user form at https://artisanmodern.com/office/participate/ set up to redirect to the home page https:artisanmodern.com and it’s doing this instead, which doesn’t exist:
https://artisanmoden.com/?updated=e441e86_30532. Draft posts for new users do not appear where they should at the bottom of the “new post” form.
3. I want authors to be able to create post on a custom post-type and to use a custom taxonomy. I have set an acf field that also allows authors to add new taxonomy terms. While they can select from the taxonomy in the front end form, they can’t add terms. Is there a way to get this to work in the ACF form? Also my custom taxonomy is hierarchical, but that hierarchy doesn’t show on the custom form. Any advice?
