Redirect error and incorrect referring page on Google Console

    Dear Team – I launched my website on 16th September however Google is yet to index my site. I submitted sitemaps and indexation request for the website on 16th and earlier today I sent indexation request for each of my pages and post separately just in case. I am embedding the screenshots here for your review

    Redirect error/Index issue on Google Console

    The website’s URL can be found on the first screenshot. I noticed in the last screenshot on my website’s sitemap submitted by Yoast, couple of items are invalid i.e. ‘categories item’ and ‘cool timeline items’ are not required. I was able to delete the ‘category’ item but was not able to delete ‘cool timeline item’ via customiser/visual editor. I do use cool timeline plugin on my website though.

    Questions are, if I may,

    1. How can I resolve the redirect error and the incorrect referring page as you see in the 1st screenshot
    2. How long will it generally take Google to index my website and is indexation request for each of my page/post URL’s required?

    Update

    Most of my webpages/posts are now crawled and indexed by Google except for 2. The 2 webpages are crawled and yet to be indexed. I will keep a tab on them

    My only issues right now are

    My site URL/homepage is showing redirect error with an incorrect referring page. How to solve that?
    Some of the items indexed by google says “Indexed, not submitted in sitemap”. How to solve that?
