• Hey,

I keep getting a redirect error “Could not find redirect location” every other day on my page: https://tim-solutions.de/en/partner-portal

I am hiding the content of the page via the ultimate member plugin, so only logged in members can access it. So if you try to enter it, you will get forwarded to /en/login and from there to /en/partner-portal.

Same for the German version /partner-portal.

Do you know what could cause this error?

I already unchecked the checkbox for the restricted page/post “Hide from queries”

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @leonieherma1

I tried accessing this page and it redirects me to the login page:
    https://tim-solutions.de/en/partner-portal

Is that how it should do?

Hey, I replied directly via email to you.

Yes this is what it should do. Nevertheless I keep getting a “could not find redirection” error in my error / server logs. Roughly 1-2 per day. So something must go wrong with the redirection?

    Thanks

    Hi @leonieherma1

UM doesn’t log this text “could not find redirection”. Do you have other redirection plugins installed on your site?

Not really, I also sometimes get 500 inernal server errror or “socket timeout”. It only appears on the /partner-portal (and /en/partner-portal) pages that are “blocked” by the ulitmate member plugin. So I think it has to be related.

    Thanks
