Redirect doesnt seem to work

I don’t know I tried a few things… taking out the comments moderation option. etc.
Just cant seem to get the comments redirect to thank you page to work… pity.Wonder if it is because I have redirection plugin?
BUt otherwise the option to email commentators nice touch.
