Redirect does not work randomly

Hi!
I have two very similar redirects, except for whatever reason one does work and the other does not.
I tried to change the non-working one first to regexp, then to regexp, plus replace the leading slash to “(.*)”, just in case it was trying to match the whole hostname instead of relative path, but to no avail.Here are screenshots of those:

I can’t seem to discern any pattern why this one would not work.
Are there any extra debug options or any hints what to look at why this one would not work?Thank you for great plugin!
