redirect does not work on my side – related to other plugin?

    Hello!

    I use additionally the Plugins iThemes Security and Hide my WP.Can it be that the redirects that I enter do not work from this context?
    I enter the url – save – but it will not be done.

    What do you mean by ‘it will not be done’? Is there an error?

    I mean with that – I am writing a redirection ( fill out the fields,with the old url and the new url – I know how it works, I use it on many other sites)
    – Save – nothing happens – there is no redirection. and I do not know why

    Are you caching your site in anyway? This is usually caused by an aggressive cache
