So what changed? Did you update something on your site? Another plugin? Theme?

Failure to redirect is usually caused by a Javascript error somewhere. It could be another plugin or other code the page references.

I could view the first link you posted but not the second. I didn’t see anything obvious but this is reported on loading the page:

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at wss://us20.zopim.com/s/W/ws/jxHP2NwfUO9BITgy/c/1404739184964.

I have no idea what it is, what it does, and if it would cause a problem.

There is a jQuery “add to cart” function that also seems to be an issue on that page.

I did have a few new plugins but now that I’ve deactivated all of the plugins, leaving only google form one activated, the problem still exist.

Do you mind helping me to take a look at the error log again with all plugins deactivated?

I just tried to submit a form and after the form submits I get a partial page rendered. This means that something is failing to the point where PHP aborts and the page generation simply stops.

Do you have access to your server logs? You’ll likely need some information from there to see where the page generation is stopping.

What I’d likely do first is temporarily switch to one of the default WordPress themes (e.g. TwentyTen) and see if the problem still happens. If it does, then we can eliminate your theme as a source of the problem.

    Hi Mike,

I switch to the twenty12 and twenty13 theme but problem still exist.

Then I saw that you had an update for the google form plugin and everything is working fine again when I did the update.

    Thanks!
