Redirect does not appear to work

I have created a redirect rule that “hispanic ministries” is supposed to redirect to “/global”. If you search for “hispanic ministries” however, the top two hits in the search results are not useful links (old degree program pages inside of our degree archive).

I’m not sure what I am doing wrong with the redirect.
