Redirect dashboard requests not working without www

Do you get redirected to the Custom Login URL with www or without?

I get redirected to the Custom Login URL with www.
So if I enter https://site.com/wp-admin I get taken to https://www.site.com/custom-login-url

Do you want to say that your website works on both versions with www and without www? That’s absolutely weird.

Could you inspect that strange redirection process with the browser console? You have to switch to the Network tab at the top of the console window and open your https://site.com/wp-admin. You will see how your browser is redirected and where to.

for me it’s same issue. If I type in “My-site.com/wp-admin” I get a 404, If I type in “www.My-site.com/wp-admin” I get redirected to “My-site.com/custom-login”.
This is the case using Firefox. I had a friend acces from another place with Chrome, he get’s 404 without “www”, with www. he gets redirected to the custom URL.
I don’t see this issue accessing my URL with MS Edge.

In general settings in WP I have the URL without www.
WP is ver 4.73 and Cerber is ver 4.3

My site works only with www. but if I enter it into the browser without www. then it redirects me to the https://www.site.com version.
I checked the Network tab in Inspector and when I type in the browser site.com/wp-admin(no www.) there is a 302 redirect to ?redirect_to=https://site.com/wp-admin/&reauth=1 and the url at the address bar is https://www.site.com/Custome-URL/?redirect_to=….

I am having this same issue:

https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin gets a 404, but:

• mysite.com/wp-admin redirects to my custom login page
• https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin redirects to my custom login page
• https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin redirects to my custom login page

And I’m not having the same issue for *.mysite.com/wp-login.php, which returns a 404 no matter what.

I’m running WP 4.7.3/nginx/Ubuntu 16.04.
