I currently have 50+ products (simple/variable) on my WooCommerce website, each with it’s own calendar created using booking activities plugin. To make it easier for the customer to browse through all the activities & events in one place, I created a booking form by selecting all the calendars & put it on a page. This new page displays everything that I want my customer to see but it also allows them to book events without any payment.

Is there a way that instead of booking, customer are redirected to the selected event product page when they click on the “Book” button?

    Hello,

This feature is under development, and will come in the next major version 1.7.

It is actually already working, you can test this development version:
    https://github.com/bookingactivities/booking-activities/archive/1.7.0-alpha-1.zip

To set up the redirects :

    – Go to the desired form editor
    – Go to “Calendar” field settings
    – “Actions” tab
    – Here you can choose whether to redirect to a WC product page or another URL
    – Choose when you want to redirect: when the customer clicks the event, or when he submit the form
    – Set the URL / product bound to each activity or group category displayed on this calendar
    – Validate the dialog

But if you choose to use this version, you will have to skip all Booking Activities updates until 1.7.0.

Thank you for adding this useful feature. It seems like alpha version is not compatible with ‘Display Pack’ add-on. The waterfall booking method has disappeared under settings.

    Hello,

    No, it should be compatible,
have you renamed the folder from "booking-activities-1.7.0-alpha-1" to "booking-activities" in wp-content/plugins?
