Redirect country by IP

Yes this is possible. The code needs to check the country code when the URL is domain.com only, then redirect to /nl, /cn or /en. I would suggest /en so that search engines do not get confused what content is behind which url. And it is recommended to let the user override that geodetected property manually, in this case maybe by clicking on a flag in the right top corner or so.
