Redirect Categories to Permalinks

I’m trying to make my blog structured as much as a regular website as possible. I have different categories – and have only one post per category. I want to have it so that when a user goes to a particular category it will automatically redirect him to the permilink of the post in that category. So that website structure will look like regular website.

Any ideas if that is possible?
