Redirect Bug on Sub Folder Install

When “redirect to login” option is enabled, the plugin will redirect to root folder when wordpress has been installed to a sub folder. Example:
https://www.example.com/WPInstall/
Plugin should redirect to:
https://www.example.com/WPInstall/login
Plugin instead redirects to:
