Redirect Box, Broken image

Hi,

I just downloaded your plugin and it works beautifully. But when the customers are redirected to the authorized.net server, the redirect box warning you about being redirected has a broke image or something on the left side. I’m afraid the broken image will make my customers lose confidence in the secure redirect.

Is there a way to fix that? Thank you!
