'Redirect attachment URL's to parent post URL' not working?

Awhile back I set the permalink settings to “Redirect attachment URL’s to parent post URL”
It’s been working great until recently, where I’ve noticed a few pages like this showing up in Google search:
https://smellslikeinfinitesadness.com/?attachment_id=11726
Anyone else having this issue, and if so know how to fix? I tried resaving the preferences (even though the tick box was already checked) but don’t know if that will do anything.
