Redirect attachment URL’s

    Hello,

    I found out Google was displaying attachment URL’s and set the options in Yoast (which was already installed) to redirect. But nothing happends, the attachment page still opens. Am I missing something?

    Hi,

    We understand you’ve tried to use the Yoast SEO plugin setting which redirects attachment URLs to parent post URL and it is not working.

    It’s possible the attachment or image isn’t attached to the post. You might need to detach and reattach the image or attachment to that specific post.
