Redirect all commenters to thank You Page

Hi,

We want to redirect all commenters (both first-time and returning) to a thank-you page. But the two plugins we’ve tried – Yoast Comment Hacks but it only works for first-time commenters and Thrive Comments which simply doesn’t work – even the team at Thrive can’t make it work.

Do you have any code for the Virtue Child Theme that could redirect every commenter to a thank-you page?

It seems like this should be simple – but so far – our “googling” brings up no solutions for sending returning commenters to our thank you page. (We are not PHP experts yet – so we’re a bit stumped on this one.)
