Redirect after submission

    Hi. It shows 404 error on redirection on post after submission. The redirection is linked into site.com/?p=1234 instead of site.com/post-title. How can we fix this? We still wanna redirect on post page not other page

    Already changed theme still 404
    Already try disable all plugin but still.
