• Hi there, I am trying to use your plug-in for a school website to redirect users (parents) after registration and/or login. The page which we are redirecting to is not for public, so the visibility has been limited to users of a custom role we created (parents). We used the members plug-in by memberspress to create the custom role, which is the same as the subscriber role, except that we have limited content on certain pages.

The problem is that your plug-in tries to do the redirection before the user has verified their email address. Since the user is technically not logged in until after they have verified their email address, your plug-in is redirecting them to the page that says the information is not available, unless they are logged in.

    You can see, for example.

Is there any way to make this work? Can the redirection happen after the email is verified?

    Hi @richcosh,

Thank you for reaching out to our support team. Regrettably, LoginWP does not currently support the specific functionality you’re looking for. Currently, the plugin only allows direct redirection to a designated website or webpage, similar to what you are experiencing with your website.

Thanks and let us know if you have any other questions.

    Kind Regards,
    Mej, from the LoginWP Team
