redirect after registration is not working

    Hello there. I am using your plugin for users to register on the website: https://semirames.com.

    I have 2 issue:

    1- After registration, the user is not redirected to his profile, but instead, the registration page just refreshes and displays no information whether the registration was successful or not.

    2- If the user try to logout from the site, the site give him a empty page, then he should refresh the page to make the logout success.

    You can try these issues on my site, to figure out what I am talking about.

    note:
    I have W3 total cache in my site, but I think it doesn’t have any negative effect on it, because I try the conflict test and the issue doesn’t go away.
    and I used this UM member plugin and W3 total cache with same theme on another site, and it’s working perfect.

  • Hi @ammartello97 in UltimateMember -> settings did you try going to General-Pages, in User Page assign Profile? After Registering should be moving to a Profile page, I guess.

    This issue can be due to some conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins.
    Please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Ive had the exact same issues. I’ve tried everything they’ve suggested and it has yet to work. Plug-in conflict doesn’t work, called my hosting service and they didn’t have a cache problem and set every single page correctly. Still doesn’t work. Exhausting to say the least.

    If you narrow down your registration form to just username, email and password it should allow you to register. It worked for me.
