Redirect after login not working

I read the article: How to redirect users after logging into WordPress but I still can’t get it to work.
Using the Options in the form login and selecting Redirect to URL doesn’t work. And this option should override the Role redirection according to the help.
Any idea why this isn’t working?
Could it have anything to do with the form not being the default form?
I’m using Ultimate Member version 2.0.54

I have added the redirect both to the login form and to the user role settings, with the same result. When I login I always end up on the Account page.
When I tried adding the redirect to the user role setting, I also entered default as the redirect on the login form.
Same result, when I login I still end up on the Account page.
