• Great plugin so far. Still needs work as it really needs to have the ability to send the client to a URL after they book the appointment for us.

Also most like us need to have the ability to let them exit the post appointment booked window and NOT add to a google calender or “other’ which merely download a card to their pc. Not sure why?

Must allow for edit, cancel, reschedule, etc to be toggled off as those options merely cause re-thinking by the client and confuses our schedule and studio. Should just be over and booked after booking a time slot.

If we have a post payment type flow after appointment is booked we should be able to redirect them to a new URL / payment page, or even our own thank you page after.

It just keeps them on the booked page letting them reschedule over and over or cancel appointments. Yet no way to just exit. Is this possible now?

Could be a awesome plugin. Just almost have it! -Anthony

Hi Anthony, thanks for the feedback. Sime things on your list are already on our roadmap. We plan to have more options for redirecting to a thank you page (or displaying a custom message) after booking is complete and agree that’s a useful feature.

We are releasing updates every month, so please check back with us!

    Thanks,
    Nathan

Thanks sir for the quick reply. Any CSS short code we can use meanwhile? Really like the plugin but can not use it as it is now. The inability to redirect now and not let them exit the post booked window is a bummer and dead end or us. Best one with huge potential out there compared to nicola’s Easy Appointments.

    Hi Anthony,

Many people are embedding the booking shortcode in a page (so you can have instructions, other details, etc. around the booking form). Until we add custom confirmation/thank you/redirects that’s probably the only workaround I could think of. We could probably have a basic thank you/redirect added to the plugin in the next few weeks. Would that work for you or do you need to get this booking form done yesterday?

    Thanks,
    Nathan

    Yes we would be using it the same way except we must have a redirect as the reservation must be followed by a payment. We do Santa Calls (14 years) so parents want to book the call first then make payment after. After payment they are then sent to a questionnaire used by santa during the call. So our process is and must still be;

    1-your reservation tool sent to…
    2-our paypal payment then to…
    3-our questionnaire then to..
    4-our thank you page. (end)

We will watch for the update email and consider a switch at that time. Still hope to have the ability to NOT have the additional cancel, reschedule, etc after booking the reservation as I find it hard to believe anyone would want the customer to be able to cancel or change appts over and over. It could be a nightmare with constant re-thinking by the customer, emails, etc

Thank you for such great support and reply time.

    Hello @voicetoons,

We released an update with the ability to add custom CSS to your theme/child theme which can be used to hide the action buttons that are shown after booking an appointment. We have the details on adding the custom CSS and the CSS snippet for hiding those on our site.

    Hope you find this helpful.
