Redirect 301 when uninstall plugin

Hello, I’m try it the plugin but later i uninstalled because i find another way of doing the support page, and when I go to the page support, with the same slug, the page always redirect to the home.

I see in the table wp_options, the field called rewrite_rules, there is some rewrite rules of the pluggin indeed when it’s uninstalled.

how can I solve this problem?
