Redirect 301 301 issue

    Hi,

    I am having an issue with my language sites.

    When I share a page such as https://www.americaeb5visa.com/es/ in Facebook, the english version of the metadata: title, description etc. is coming up.

    The reason seems to be that redirections are in affect.
    When you check this page in https://redirectcheck.com
    This is what I am getting:

    Hi nisso92,

    Regarding https://www.americaeb5visa.com/es/ can you check which language is setup in MultiligualPress tab for this site? currently if you inspect the page code, you′ll see en-US which is not correct for a Spanish site:

    <!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en-US" ...

    To do so go to My Sites / Network Admin / Sites / <your Spanish site> / MultilingualPress tab, which value do you have in Language selector? if is not an Spanish one, try to assign a Spanish laguage to this site. Try it and let us know.

    Thank you very much for your answer. I changed the settings; however, I am still having the same issue

    Not sure if I follow you, I′m still seeing lang="en-US" in the Spanish site:

    Can you explain the problem a bit more?

    I′ve just checked https://www.americaeb5visa.com/es/ open graph data and it looks correct to me, keep in mind that change on open graph may take some time to be applied:

    Regarding the redirection in MultilingualPress functionality, it is based on the visitor browser languages priority, so for testing redirection is better to test it in a real browser.
