Redirect 301

I ve seen many people had this “function.file-get-contents” problem…
i had too, and i solved it ( i hope)….
but now for some reason Google see some of this page and thus it reports errors:

Does not exists
BUT
https://www.grappling-italia.com/2577/2009/
does existso the best way is a 301 to “patch” all this broken links…
how can I make a 301 redirect ??
the simple command
i d like to redir all */*/function.file-get-contents to */* , if uou get what i mean.. if that is not possible also a good
*/*/function.file-get-contents –> main site is OK.
