Redirect

I have the plugin set up to redirect a member to a welcome page after logging in. However, the redirect doesn’t seem to work. After logging in I’m still on the same page but with the widget showing me as logged in. Is there a proper format for the URL? I’ve tried
welcome
mysite.com/welcome
https://www.mysite.com/welcome
etc…None of these seem to work.
