Redesigning the look (bullet points & text wrap)

Hello, my website is https://www.glistsociety.com, and I am using your plugin, which looks good so far.
I want to tweak the look of the plugin on my blog where it will do the following:
1. omits the bullet points
2. text wraps the titles around each thumbnail
3. allow the entire title of each popular post to showThank you!
