Redeeming error on sale products

  • We have a huge problem that when we add a product that is a sale item, we adjust the product to override for no points to be redeemed (0%) – so customer cannot use redeem points in the cart.

    However if you add another product that is not excluded to the cart then the customer can redeem the points as it is done on cart total.

    So effectively add a non redeemabe point single product of ￡190 = no redeem points
    Add another single product for ￡32 which allows the user to redeem points even though the maximum cart limit is set to ￡100.
