Reddit Catalog Product Feed

Do you have an official Reddit feed requirements URL for us so we can have a look at what their feed requirements are and if we can add official support for it to our plugin?

Now with regards to your feed being stuck: I suspect you tried using the “custom feed” template when creating a feed? In theory your feed should not get stuck processing unless you did something really strange with your feed and field configuration? Thanks for this. It seems like Reddit just copied the feed requirements of Google Shopping. Hence, you can just create a feed for the channel “Google Shopping” and send that feed URL to Reddit.

I was able to create a google shopping feed but the products are not uploading to reddit. Should I reach out to them?

When you have checked your product feed in your browser and confirmed there are products in it than you can best contact the Reddit support team yes.

Your feed looks fine so you should be able to use it for Reddit.
