Did you change the css in the prior version? If so you needed to save that using the template options tab. The update overwrites any changes you made to the core.

Furthermore it seems that the feed it fetches are now without the “read more” part of the post.

Not sure what to say…..the newest version doesn’t put any css on the widget…as for the read more, this doesn’t how if there is nothing else to read, given whatever amount of text you are showing. If you’d rather use the prior version of the plugin, watch this video to save you settings
