Hi, I’m getting a very regular popup in the admin that covers the entire screen and it lingers. I can’t tell what is triggering it. Maybe it’s from when I hover over a pro option? It’s very annoying and it stops me from editing, or updating the configuration settings for the plugin. Sometimes I have to wait 3 or 5 seconds for it to disappear. The popup is a prompt to buy the pro version of the plugin. Is this on purpose? Can it be fixed?

    Hey there,

No, it is not doing it on purpose.

This isn’t something I have ever come across before and nor does it do this on any of my development sites or has anyone mentioned this before.

Can you please give me steps to recreate the issue, including the browser and OS you are using so I can investigate.

Also, have you tried hitting the Hide Pro Options button to see if that helps?

    Please let me know

I figured out what’s triggering it. I just reproduced the bug on my Mac with Chrome 62.0.3202.75, WordPress 4.9, and Responsive Menu 3.1.9. When I hover over a pro option the red popup covers the 95% of the interface widthwise and for the full height: I can remove the popup by hovering far to the left in the region near the left hand menu. But I did find the “hide pro options” check box and that helps a lot. Thank you.

    Thanks for letting me know.

I will take a look and see if I can find a fix for it.
