Red Circle Counter not showing number of added products – please read

    Hello there,

    I am testing your plugin and it works ok, except for the fact that the red circle counter does not show any number, no matter that I add products.

    Once open, it shows the products correctly, but while it remains closed, as I said, the red circle counter is always empty.

    Please let me know, is this a limitation of the free version? does this work right in the pro version? or is this an error, regardless of the version?

    I have tried to ask you for support at your page, but it seems that that is only for purchased version.

    However, to purchase it, I need first to know if the counter works properly, because so far in my testing, it does not.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    the product count should work properly on the fre version aswell. make sure to update to the latest version.

    Same issue with the latest version, I’m afraid – Red circle counter not showing any number after adding products to cart.

    Please I need to be sure this works ok in the free version prior to consider buying pro.

    Hi,

    This is not a known issue and cannot reproduce from my end, it could be a conflict with your theme.

    To know for sure, try switching to a default wordpress theme and see if it works
