Red Button from this plugin WP translate didn’t delete from front page site

    We set up WP Translate plugin, but then delete. And we can’t understand, how to delete this red Button from this plugin. After deleted of plugin, this part of plugin no deleted.
    Can you help with this?

    WP Translate does not create a red button. Is it possible another plugin is rendering this button?
