I think Jetpack is causing the problem, but when I open my dashboard to work on the site, there are red boxes drawn around random parts of the page I am looking at. On the product list page there is a red box drawn around the list of products, around the first two stars in the featured column (which are not selected), and around the API announcement. Sometimes it shows up around the right side of the black bar with the log in name and AI Assistant link.

Is Jetpack doing this? How can I get rid of it, short of removing the plugin?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @nubiesan,

Thanks for contacting us, and I’m sorry for the delay. We’re currently working on a backlog of support requests, and we generally answer in the order received.

Can you share with us some more details about what you’re seeing on your dashboard? You can use our guide here for that: https://wordpress.com/support/make-a-screenshot/.

You can upload the screenshot to a third-party service like?Snipboard.io,?Droplr, or?CloudApp, and then share the image link from that service with support.

From your description, these boxes do not appear to be features associated with Jetpack, but having those screenshots will give us better insight.

Look forward to hearing from you.

These are samples of what I see. I don’t know what is causing the problem.

    Hi there, @nubiesan,

Thanks for sharing the screesnhots. The content you have highlighted in yellow and red boxes in your ssreenshots aren’t errors.

The y8eYG4.jpg and kDGxlR.jpg content are request to improve the Product Feed Manager for WooCommerce plugin and user experience of that plugin on your site. They’re more “initiatives” you can take, not errors. Your site isn’t affected by them.

The coY9SB.jpg information explaisn to you how the Parent Media Category option works when enabled. It should help improve your site functionality, depending on your needs.

In other words, your site seems to be nice and healthy, as far as I can see, and Jetpack is working nicely as expected. You should be all set!

For further WordPress support, I suggest asking in the www.remarpro.com forums here:

Hope this helps! Let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
