Red box – Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administr

I have been using Contact Form 7 for a few months now, and for some reason the contact form is not working anymore, and I always get within the ‘red box’ the error message “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”
I then updated the form to use reCAPTCHA but the issue still persists.
Interestingly, when I use any email-id from the same domain “watershedpm.com” it works.
I host the site on Yahoo and the website is:
