Red borders without error message

  • Hi! I’m having some issues with my CF7. The form results in an empty box with no content. No email is sent. Also, when ever I try to use “Reply-To: [your-email]” in Additional Headers it says that “Invalid mailbox syntax is used in the Reply-To field.”. But the red border issue is all the same no matter if there’s content in the Additional Headers.

  • I can’t see any configuration issue. So, just try removing and re-adding the code and check.

    Hi! I just tried the form on another page and I got the same result. Also tried uninstalling the plugin and installing it again. No error messages, just a blank square with borders.

    Could this have something to do with my hosting (GoDaddy)? Or some weird CSS?

    This could be due to a conflict with your WP theme or one of the other plugins you are using.

    Switch temporarily (nothing will be lost when you switch back) to a WP default theme & disable all plugins other than Contact Form 7 to see if the problem goes away.

    If it does you can switch back to your theme & re-activate each plugin one by one to see when the problem occurs.
