Hello, i have a problem with woocommerce/stripe payment gateway. I created my website and my store uses woocommerce and for the payments i integrated it with stripe payment gateway and the test mode at least was working perfectly but i didnt rush to check whether the live mode was working.

Now that i feel ready with the site i started trying the live mode and it didnt work so i checked the test mode and it didnt work either. Every attempt on the customer’s side after hitting “order now” the website refreshes with a red error bar but no error message listed.

I tried to deactivate all plugins too but it still does not work.

    Any help?

    Hi @junkodesignstudio

Can you share your website so I can recreate the issue?

I see you also created a support request on another Stripe plugin page. Are you certain you’re using this plugin?

Did you login to your Stripe account and check if the logs had any information?

    Kind regards

    Thank you for replying @mrclayton

We have used another plugin WebToffee Stripe to replace this one at the moment. So I’m not sure if you would be able to try that out.

Yes I had initially thought that was the plugin I was having issues with. After realizing Stripe for Woocommerce was the one I was looking for, I tried deleting the thread but I can’t seem to do it now..

Thank you so much for your help.

@junkodesignstudio if you want me to take a look you will need to enable the Stripe for WooCommerce plugin.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi @gwlshop,

That error means you are missing the required PHP curl library. That is a required library for WordPress in general.

    Kind Regards,
