    Hi.

    If I create and use a “Recurring Product Discount” coupon and set the “Active for x payments” more than 1. I get an error message “This order’s status is “Pending Payment” – it cannot be paid for.” instead of taking me to the payment gateway.

    My client want’s to give 2 months free on their subscription. But it only takes me to the payment gateway if I set the “active for x payments” on 1.

    Any suggestions?

    The payment gateway is PayFast if that matters.

    Hi RK

    Thanks for the response. I keep getting a message saying I need to verify my email account. I’ve already verified it. Logged out and back in multiple times. But it’s still saying I need to verify my email account. Thus my reason for messaging here, as the support section on my account is inaccessible.
