Recurring price due to tax causes wrong total

I have a product on my e-commerce site that is ￡2.60. When I purchase x100 of these, the total is ￡260.00[Incl TAX], however when I look over the invoice for this purchase for their prices Exc TAX it, they are listed as ￡2.17. Obviously when this is x100 it should work out to be ￡217.00. But instead its showing the following:

￡2.17 x 100 = ￡216.67. After looking into this, it works the remaining VAT amount on the product is ￡0.43 recurring, therefor the price of the product Excluding VAT is ￡2.16 recurring. I need it so that when customers receive their invoice, they see the actual amount (no recurring number). I.E. ￡2.17 x 100 = ￡217.00.

Is this possible to fix? I believe it is because the Standard Tax has to be set to 20.0000% rather than 20.00%
