Recurring Payments processing

Hi @mushrath007 I just placed an order successfully in your website with Stripe test payment. Could you please check with Stripe team if anything is missing from your end to process the payment.(Stripe is having online chat support)

I see your test payment you made, i spoke to stripe they suggested that my plugin should automatically renew subscription on daily basis. I will wait for one more day and see the subscription you submitted should get renewed automatically and the stripe should see the payment for the renewal.

The test payment you submitted the status changed from Active to ON HOLD. One of my test payment i re-activated it to see if my stripe account has payment posted for the new activation but i don’t see any thing. I spoke to stripe they said the plugin should handle it. Can you let me know if I am missing any settings on stripe or my plugin.

I seems to have the same issue. I have setup a daily test subscription using stripe. Initial payment goes through stripe test payment. However, subscriptions aren’t happening. Any idea if we are missing any steps or settings?

Hi @mushrath007 , @pgp82 Please check Recurring billing run right is enabled in the Stripe account.

I had a look but still unable to find recurring billing run option in stripe. Any idea where this is located? for some reason no matter what I do, recurring payments aren’t processing.

Could you please share the link of the Payment plugin you are using. I can check whether it supports recurring payment.

Please let me know which payment gateway you are using for recurring payments. Plugin is tested OK with WooCommerce Stripe and PayPal. For more assistance, please contact us here so we can check this in your site.

Thanks for the quick replay @markhf, I’m using stripe. Payments are not auto paying, and I don’t know how to do charge manually, it’s been 3 or 4 days on many monthly subscriptions. Please advise.
