    Hi,

A few weeks ago we got hacked. Here are some details what happend.

On 31 December we got hacked and someone deleted our main admin user. When this happens in WordPress it will delete everything that this particular account has created, which in our case ment our entire website.

Our latest backup was from Friday the 27th of December. After this backup date we had a lot of new subscribers that signed up on our website coming through WooCommerce. Meaning that we could not restore the backup or else we would not have these new subscribers on our website anymore.

The guy that always helps me out with problems with my website tried to sync everyone so that the old and new subscribers would appear again. He managed to make that work, but it seems that he did not fix everything. The recurring payments are not working.

I contacted WooCommerce about this issue and they told me that the website has some missing tables inside the database. Can you see them here: https://d.pr/i/iFtkOO

They also told me that the missing tables are related to the Mollie Payments for WooCommerce plugin. Please help!

    Hello @alextijm

I would recommend reinstalling the plugin so all tables will be updated. But please make a backup before to be sure nothing get lost.

    Hi @aweissinpsyde,

Thank you for your answer. We have reinstalled the plugin and that did the trick for most users. Today we had a few people that needed to do a recurring payment. The recurring payment did not work immediately, so i did a process renewal in Woocommerce. This trick had worked before on some other subscribers, but not this time. This time i got the following error message:

Error updating some information: A “_mollie_customer_id” value is required.

Do you have any idea what do do with this error?

    Hello @alextijm

sorry for the late reply. I already asked our developers so they can have a closer look at it.

    Hello @alextijm

I was talking to our developers and user have to recreate their subscription since some data are gone in the database. It seems some subscription can’t be recognized anymore. Can you try to recreate their subscription and try it again?

    Best regards
    Andreas
