Recurring Payments Fail

  • Hello,

    We are having trouble with the recurring payments on our setup. We were not able to make the renewals work so far and we would appreciate your help on this.

    The details of our setup is as follows:
    WordPress version: 6.6.1
    PHP version: 8.3.9
    WooCommerce version: 9.1.4
    YITH WooCommerce Subscription version: 3.8.0

    We also use the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin (Version 2.8.2) for the subscription payments.

    The first time a user purchases a subscription, everything work fine. The renewals though never work.
