Recurring issue: Viewcontent Event Catalog matching problem

  • Hi there,

    I have a previously resolved issue occurring again. Not sure if i need to open a new thread as the previous one is closed?

    Has a new update possibly reintroduced the issue again? Even when i reinstall the fixed version you gave me previously, the issue remains.

    Please see here regarding viewcontent event pixel matching products to catalog:

    1. Product with no variation matches to catalog fine: Click here

    Product with variations does not (and I have manually confirmed the ID’s are in the catalog): Click here

    Hi,

    I replied in the topic you posted. A new version of the plugin is scheduled with a new fix for this issue.

    I hope it will be the definitive one ??
