    Hi team,

    I’m reaching out regarding an issue we’re experiencing with the Import Export Users plugin on our website.

    Here’s a brief overview of the issue:

    • The “update users” option is visible and works correctly for manual imports.
    • However, this option does not appear for recurring imports.

    It’s worth noting that we’re using recurring imports with data sourced from a CSV Google Sheet.

    Is there a way to enable the “update users” option for recurring imports or to handle duplicate users effectively in this context?

    Right, currently the plugin does not support those options in recurring import.

    I know it seems inconsistent so it is something we will prepare soon but it is not yet possible.

    Sorry for the inconvenience and I just ask you to keep updating the plugin so when we have it available, which I hope will be soon, you can use it.
